Katie Fanizza

After graduating from Farmingdale State College in 2016, Katie embarked on a fulfilling career in the real estate and construction field as a marketing professional. Her passion for branding has been a driving force throughout her seven years in the industry. 

In 2017, Katie had the pleasure of meeting Gail Holman at a prior real estate brokerage, and since then, they have collaborated on numerous marketing initiatives for real estate projects across Long Island and New York City. These experiences have allowed her to hone in on her skills and make a significant impact on the real estate market in the region.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their beautiful white German Shepherd in their home in Smithtown. Being an avid lover of the outdoors, she often finds herself hiking, fishing, or off-roading in her Jeep Wrangler on the south shore beaches on Long Island. Katie is also unapologetically coffee obsessed, and can almost always be found with a coffee in-hand.
